Individual Counseling

Individualized Student Support:

The Rugby School at Woodfield is committed to providing comprehensive support to each student. This includes scheduled weekly meetings with a dedicated school counselor or social worker. These individualized sessions focus on:

  • Identifying and addressing student needs.
  • Developing strategies for academic and social-emotional success.
  • Promoting a positive and productive school experience.

Additionally, counselors and social workers are available throughout the week to offer ongoing support and address any immediate concerns students may have. This flexible and responsive approach ensures that students receive the necessary support to thrive both academically and personally.

Group Counseling

The Rugby School at Woodfield integrates weekly group counseling sessions facilitated by a school counselor or social worker, in collaboration with classroom personnel. This structured and supportive environment fosters the development of essential social

emotional skills in students, including:
