A Safe Environment

Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying

The Rugby School at Woodfield strives to maintain an environment that is free of judgment. We encourage students to show respect to all individuals they come in contact with whether they are in school interacting with each other or on a class trip interacting with the public. The Rugby School at Woodfield consistently reinforces positive behaviors throughout the day. Since acceptance is the unspoken cornerstone of our mission, we do not follow a zero tolerance policy. Although disciplinary measures may be taken at times, we elect to replace them with opportunities for learning and growth where applicable.
